E-Rock’s Lab: One-Man Animated Musical Theater

E-Rock’s Lab is a unique live act that blends music, animation, and story-telling. The show utilizes prerecorded animations that are enhanced by live music performed by Erik Teixeira. The whole multimedia show is written, programmed, and animated by Erik Teixeira for an hour-long one-man show that is unique, engaging, and ever-evolving.

Erik Teixeira began his music career as a high school student in Albuquerque. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in applied math, Erik followed his creative passions and pursued a career as a professional musician and began performing varied typed of music with Wine and Alchemy, the Khans, Gamelan Encatada, Sadaqah, and Vertigo Venus. Erik is now based out of Phoenix, Arizona. He has performed concerts, bellydance shows, renaissance festivals, and folk dance classes around the country on various different instruments including guitar, bass, mandolin, and oud (middle eastern lute).

E-Rock’s Lab is looking to build touring circuits throughout North America and is currently booking in select cities in the United States.
